GOING SOLAR TIMELINE

CONSULTATION

During your no-pressure clean energy consultation, we’ll discuss your goals for adding a renewable energy system to your home. You’ll discover why our premium solutions are a cost effective and reliable choice for producing record-setting clean energy for decades to come.

DESIGN & ENGINEERING

After contracts are reviewed and signed, we conduct a thorough site analysis to document existing structural, electrical, roof systems, etc. This data collection along with our custom design software allows us to confidently build and install clean energy systems that will function as designed while not compromising any portion of your home. If we determine any aspects need upgrading, we will discuss these with you.

DAYS: 10-20

PERMITTING

Once the design of your clean energy system is approved, we work with your local building department to submit all required documents to assure state and local laws are followed accordingly.

DAYS: 15-25

INSTALLATION

When we receive your approved permit packet from your town, we will call to schedule the installation of your clean energy system on a day and time that is convenient for you. We’ll also provide an overview of what you can expect to occur on the days of your install and address any questions you may have prior to our start.

DAYS: 1-5

COMMISSIONING
& INSPECTIONS

After your clean energy system has been installed, we will test your system to assure it is functioning properly, then coordinate an inspection with your local building department. Once the system is inspected and approved, your utility provider will then replace your electric meter and give you permission to operate (PTO). At this point, we will return and activate your system.
